Because our store exclusively offers instant digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product is purchased, it is delivered instantly by email download link. Because digital assets cannot be physically returned or "un-downloaded," we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

Your satisfaction is important to us. We review requests case by case under the following conditions:

Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital item two or more times in a single transaction, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate copy.

Technical errors. If you experience difficulty opening, viewing, or downloading your file, contact us immediately and we will make sure you receive a working, accessible file.

Significantly not as described. If a product is materially and demonstrably different from what was described on its product page, contact us with a clear description of the issue.

To be considered, please reach out within 14 days of purchase.

A Note on Download Links

Your download link remains active for 48 hours after purchase. If it expires before you've saved your files, that's not a problem — contact us and we'll send a fresh link.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Almost every issue is resolved quickly and fairly by email.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with documented proof of purchase and delivery, and to decline future orders.
